Project Summary

The U.A.C. Bekekiri Jetty Reconstruction and Waterfront Development Project is a strategic infrastructure initiative designed to modernize the historic Bekekiri waterfront and strengthen transportation connectivity throughout Akassa Kingdom and neighboring riverine communities.

Located at the U.A.C. Jetty Corridor in Bekekiri Community, the project seeks to replace aging infrastructure with a modern, safe, and climate-resilient jetty facility capable of supporting passenger transportation, commercial activities, tourism development, emergency services, and community growth.

As one of the most important access points into Akassa Kingdom, the U.A.C. Jetty serves thousands of residents, traders, fishermen, healthcare workers, students, visitors, and development partners annually. The reconstruction project will create a modern gateway that promotes safety, accessibility, and economic prosperity.
