His Deputy Highness Isaac Javan is a respected traditional leader, community development advocate, and corporate executive from Ogbodo Ama Township in the Kingdom of Sangana and Federated Communities, Akassa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria.

As Deputy Highness of Ogbodo Ama Township, he serves as a bridge between traditional institutions, development partners, government agencies, and private-sector stakeholders, promoting peace, community cohesion, and sustainable socio-economic development across the Akassa Kingdom and neighboring communities.

Isaac Javan is widely recognized for his commitment to community empowerment, environmental stewardship, youth engagement, and inclusive development. In the corporate sector, he serves as the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Petrolland Oil and Gas Opu Akaha Limited, an indigenous energy company established to promote local participation, investment, and capacity development within Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.
