Daniel Lincoln serves as both the Primary Project Investigator and Probe Officer at the UNDP Office in Akassa Local Government Area. In this dual role, he leads and oversees sustainable development projects while ensuring compliance, transparency, and accountability in program implementation. His work spans research, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and evaluation, with a focus on empowering communities, fostering resilience, and promoting equitable development.
As Primary Project Investigator, Daniel coordinates initiatives that improve the socio-economic and environmental well-being of communities across Akassa and neighboring riverine areas. This includes facilitating partnerships between local communities, government institutions, development agencies, private sector organizations, and international partners.
In his capacity as Probe Officer, he conducts rigorous assessments and investigations to ensure project integrity, compliance with local and international development standards, and accountability in resource management. This function strengthens the credibility of UNDP initiatives in the region and enhances transparency in decision-making processes.
