The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Akassa LGA Space Initiative

quality education, youth empowerment and environmental sustainability across
Akassa Clan, Bayelsa State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Agenda 2030,
the initiative promotes transformative partnerships focused on inclusive growth,
community empowerment and sustainable prosperity for future generations.

The initiative recognizes the developmental contributions of
Daniel Lincoln, Chief Executive Officer of
Petrolland Oil and Gas Opu Akaha Limited and
Lincoln ICT Koncept Nigeria Limited, incorporated since 2015.

Special commitment is directed toward advancing SDG 4 — Quality Education —
through improved educational opportunities, digital literacy and learning support
for children of Akaha Ibe and surrounding communities.
